## get\_conversation

Read a dialog by userSeqNum. Messages include messageSeqNum, author, source, text and createdAt.

## get\_message\_stats

Read message attribution totals and bySource counts for your tenant, aggregated across operators.

## list\_unanswered

## manage\_message

Edit text, caption, media or buttons, or delete a sent message by userSeqNum and messageSeqNum. Updates private and Open Lines copies.

## release\_chat

Release a dialog by userSeqNum and restore configured AI routing.

## send\_card

Send cards in a batch: items carry a private target with userSeqNum, text or media, caption, entities and buttons. Media accepts file\_id, an uploaded media descriptor, or download\_url. Replies use replyToMessageSeqNum. Mirrored to Open Lines; sending never takes over the chat. Plan batch cap applies; results report each item.

## send\_entity\_card

Send an entity card to userSeqNum without recording a user click. Explicit onActive controls chain reentry. Orders and carts use payment tools.
