## create\_order

Accept the six-field signed quote returned by quote\_order. Pass a new idempotency\_key to dedupe retries; PRICE\_CHANGED returns a fresh quote.

## execute\_manual\_sale

List customers of the current tenant by their tenant-scoped sequence number. Returns conversation state and access state, including restriction, ban, and AI coach access. 0-cost read.

## mark\_paid

Record an explicit manual settlement. switch\_to\_manual must be true; idempotency\_key is required.

## prepare\_manual\_sale

Prepare a manual sale by user+catalog or frozen registration. Optionally declare amount, currency and provider together. Returns the frozen scenario for final human review; creates no order.

## prepare\_order\_status\_change

Prepare a tenant order status change and optional operator comment. The execution notifies the buyer through the configured status delivery slot.
