## manage\_pricing\_rules

Manage tenant pricing rules. Exactly five actions exist: list (the sole read), create, update, delete, and set\_active. All mutation actions require request\_id; update/delete/set\_active also require expected\_version. Rules are addressed only by tenant-local seq\_num.
