get_agent_config
Read the tenant AI agent persona / prompt config: the `manager` block (persona, brand voice, company info, product facts, target audience, forbidden topics, legal disclaimer, the 5 Qualifier questions + post-qualification instruction, temperature/length presets, voice flags) and the `coach` block (same persona fields + presets). 0-cost read.
Scopes (ALL): ["agents:read"]. Risk: "read".
update_agent_config
Update the tenant AI agent persona / prompt config (partial patch — send only `manager` and/or `coach`, and within each only the fields you change; pass null to clear a string field). Idempotent. Returns the full merged config. Presets: temperature strict|balanced|creative, length short|medium|long.
