get_legal_profile
Read the tenant legal / fiscalization profile: the РФ (54-ФЗ) block (legal name, ИНН, ОГРН, taxation system, default VAT) + the World block (legal name, tax id, country, default tax rate), plus `ru_zone_activated` / `world_zone_activated` flags. OWNER-ONLY. 0-cost read.

update_legal_profile
Update the tenant legal / fiscalization profile (partial patch — send only the fields you change; pass null to clear one). Supplying `ru_inn` activates the РФ payment zone; `world_tax_id` activates the World zone. Idempotent. OWNER-ONLY (54-ФЗ). Returns the full updated profile.
